Dr Blanco is both excellent at his practice and his bedside manner. He did my kypphoplasty 3/11/26 and I was calm but scared of the pain but felt no pain, only pressure and he talked me through the whole procedure. Wholeheartedly recommend him for anything!

Dr. Blanco is the smartest and most to experienced Dr. I have been to for my Anky losing Spondylitis diagnosis. I have had this AS diagnosis for 35 years. Dr. Blanco uses new innovative technologies to treat pain (such as Ablation) to treat very bad nerve pain. He did this procedure to me and it is the only thing that has ever really helped my pain. The Prednisone shots weren't helping at all anymore. He is a caring Dr. who really cares about his patients.

Dr. Shestack, Is a fantastic Pain Management Dr. He knows just what shots I need with my back and sciatica. His office staff his is great. Kristina his PA has helped me with my pain in between shots. Especially with doctors in this field, especially specialists, you don’t find doctors like Dr. Blanco and the entire staff at the practice who treat patients who are in severe chronic pain with the seriousness and care, excellent bedside manner, professionalism and excellence. And Dr. Blanco is so empathic… Whether it just be listening to what I’m saying, or doing a procedure that may cause some pain and/or anxiety and Dr. Blanco pauses on the procedure to reassure me “everything is going well and we’re almost done, just breathe you’re doing great. What’s your favorite Star Wars movie? etc.” and get me calm (which may take less than a minute) then finishes the procedure with me feeling better. Not all doctors do this. And at the same time he is a perfectionist. So I would have to rate Dr. Blanco as the perfect pain management specialist for his excellence as a doctor and as a human being. And every single person who works there is incredible at there jobs and as people. Special thanks to Hope for fine tuning this last appointment on procedure day so everything worked out perfectly. 5 stars to Dr. Blanco and all staff in practice.

I visited him due to continuing pain following two spinal compression fractures that occurred almost two years ago. As time passed, the pain worsened despite a round of professional physical therapy. Finally, I arranged for an appointment and I’m so pleased that I did. After much give and take conversation, Dr. Blanco proposed a workable plan to help rid me of my pain on a likely short term basis followed up a longer lasting plan. In the past I’ve seen other pain management doctors for other pain matters, but none can compare to Dr. Blanco. He’s the top of the line in all aspects of his profession. Kudos, Dr. Blanco!

Dr Shestack and his team are awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into their office. Never have I ver waited more than 30 minutes for an appointment, and the office is normally very busy. So make your next appointment when you see the Dr, as he is so busy it takes between 4 and 6 weeks to schedule an appointment as the office is so busy. However, once you are in his rotation, you. Are easily able to get appointments.. Dr Shestack is a Dr that spends as much time with his patients as they need to discuss their symptoms and do everything they cacan to offer solutions. When I first came here over two years ago, I could not walk without the aid of a walking stick and sometimes even a walker, now I am virtually pain free, as long as I don't overdo it, or attempt some sort of task beyond my advancing years to accomplish. I cannot stress enough the advance in mobility I have managed with Dr Shestack. My thanks to him and his team for removing my back and neck pain, that I have suffered from since my first back surgery in 2007, that never worked. Dr Shestack and his team do not advocate for spinal surgery, except as an absolute final step in treatment, and then he will recommend a top surgeon for you to consult with. I thought I may have to be one of these candidates when I first went to see him, but not anymore. There are not too many Drs that I will recommend in SFLA, but Dr Shestack and his team are at the top of my list. Give this medical team a shot, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Shestack is all around an amazing human. He kind, thoughtful and extremely supportive! Always listens to my concerns. At a young age, I had a double hip replacement now it’s the three elbow surgery is and a horrific knee surgery and spinal stenosis. Needless to say I’m a bit of a mess, but Dr. Shestack is handled me with kid gloves, and I am grateful for him more than I can express.

dr powers is a wonderful, kind and caring physician. he asked how i was feeling , how my injury was impacting my daily activities. he explained what he was going to do to treat my pain and how i should manage my activities afterwards. i received a follow up call afterwards to check on my discomfort. it is refreshing to see a young physician with his qualities . i have sent many of my friends to the practice .. they love him .
